VIDEO: Navy Destroyer Commissioned in Baltimore

Baltimore’s Inner Harbor often hosts interesting ships, but this one was unusual coming up the Bay and docking. The U.S. Navy’s newest guided missile destroyer, the 509-foot-long USS Carl Levin, was commissioned here on Saturday.
