SLIDESHOW: Dangerous Debris Washes Down the Bay

Days of heavy rain prompted the opening of 20 floodgates at the Conowingo Dam this weekend, and the historic water flows sent large amounts of debris down the Bay. Maryland Natural Resources Police are warning boaters that these “hull-busting” hazards in the water can be hard to see, and aren’t going away anytime soon.
