Mission BBQ Launches Water Delivery Service

At an October 20 christening ceremony in the famed Annapolis Harbor Ego Alley, Mission BBQ co-founder Bill Kraus said, “What would be more ppropriate than to add a delivery boat docked in Annapolis? We are thrilled to introduce Seabrisket to the public and excited to continue to serve our patrons by land and now by sea.”

The boat is a refurbished flat-black Coast Guard RIB powered by a pair of battle-ready 225-hp Honda four-strokes. She is in first-responder condition for critical delivery of smoked meat, sauces and sides to dockside diners in the Annapolis area.

Seabrisket will also be available for dockside parties, and  will eventually be ready to deliver to boats in Annapolis waters.

Kraus and Steve Fowler launched Mission BBQ with the opening of one location in Baltimore on September 11, 2011. There are now 12 Mission BBQ restaurants in Maryland, six in Virginia, four in Pennsylvania and 18 outside of the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

Waterside barbecue fanatics (that’s us) may order in minimum quantities for Seabrisket delivery online at
