When young students are having fun, they often forget they’re learning. That’s the premise of the Downtown Sailing Center’s after-school program for Baltimore City public school children. The kids hit the water with instructors, and get a sneaky lesson in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) topics as they sail the Baltimore harbor.
